Well, As far as electronics, no. The car has to have a Series 5 Second Gen. Motor and drivetrain. As far as supporting mods, yes, it would help. Exhaust, etc...

i am planning on doing the series5 t2 swap into my first gen so i am looking at any availiable and easy modifications to install as the engine is going into the car, etc

no it is from knight sports a company in japan, i got one of those and a top fuel S5 ecu as well
