K-Sport Coilover Kit, anyone?

So I e-mailed D2 in Taiwan to get a solution to the endlink problem. And they said unfortunetly you'll have to cut your stock ones, or order shorter ones from them. They quoted me $75 and that includes shipping.

At least you know what you have to do to get the endlinks mounted properly but that info would have been nice to know when you ordered the suspension.

If their US importer is going out of business, Apex won't be able to get them anymore if that's the only place they can be purchased.

I would be interested in setting an account up if there is a place these can be purchased from.

Hey could you measure your endlinks that they sent you? I am making some new ones, and need to know the length

ditto.. i need to know the exact parts to make this work. I just put my order in twenty minutes ago. There goes my leap of faith for this community.

If the endlink problem is anything like that of the JIC's you can use the non-sport suspension end links and everything should mount up properly. I know that is the case with the JIC's, and im just going to assume the same for these coilovers.

Ok, so you can use the stock rear endlinks for the rear, and then you just need to get another set of rear endlinks for the fronts, correct? I'm assuming they have to be mazdaspeed specific, and I could get them at the dealer?

That's what we did, except I used my rear ones up front, since I had the Delsing Klunk fix, which came with new endlinks.

For the few of you who have these put on. How does the car feel now? better, worse? No one have ever posted(that i have found) and just wanted to know.

yea thats what i heard too. If we like the ride on the, Transonic is gonna become a retail distributor for them... He was really impressed with the build quality. And they make a kit for 1G DSMs which are huge in Nebraska, so there is a large market for the product. If you could PM that info I would appreciate it so i can forward it to the owner.

They feel pretty nice. I have had them on for about a month now, and love the ride. They are really stiff though, so if you dont want a real stiff ride then dont get these. I find myself driving a lot of whindy roads and tracks, so I love them. I have some good numbers after race alingment if you guys need them..

I NEED THEM NOW!!! We have to adjust everything tommorow for final adjustments.

Just as long as treadwear wont be affected...
