k&n vs CAI or short ram

what is my best bet.. Buy a CAI for 250 dollars american or a K&N filter for 50!!!!! which will give me better performance!!!! i would do the cai if it was like 100 dollars!! but 250 is alot of dough for 3 HP!!!!! i have seen some people make their own!!! how can i go about doing this??? i need your imput!!

I'm buying the K&N this week. I'll let you know what I think of it after this weekend of racing.

If CAI's are only giving 3hp, they are worth purchasing. Get the K&N panel filter, and then remove the silencer/snorkel section that goes between the filter box and the radiator.
