i know this is highly debatable and i have searched the forums...but found nothing that really helped me out...so maybe ill ask you people...

which is better???/ the injen racing division CAI or the K&N Typhoon CAI????

im looking into buying 1 of the 2.....and i would like to know some other P5er's opinions on the purchase....

thanks

i prefer the look, fitment, installation and overall quality of the K&Ns i have installed over the injens in all honesty.

I have an injen but would have gotten a K&N if they were as inexpensive as they are now

when i checked they were only like $270.....thats like 20-30 dollars more than the injen CAI....is that a big price drop from what they were??

i like my ebay cai. .. .60 bux and i was set. . ...they are all just tubes of aluminium. . .i just don't get the cool nameplate that come with the xpensive ones

sorry but i'm not to big on the AEM bandwagon.....thats why i wanted to stick to either the injen or the typhoon...

Don't forget about the cool INJEN stickers :D

Injen was my first CAI Purchase about 2 months ago. I'm very happy with it. I got it for 200 shipped. I was a little leery going with a non-named brand product being it was my first CAI. Both INJEN and K & N are both well known names. I had no issues with the install. Neither the license plate nor the stickers are on my car, I like the clean look.

I got my AEM from a friend for the bargain low price of 100 bucks.. and that included an install...

i guess ill go with the K&N typhoon then

seems like a unanimous decision.....now for the color......should i go with red or polished????

i have injen and cant say nething wrong with it looks or funtion wise but i think there prolly the same when it boils down to it

Ebay!

Don't waste your money for a name. My Ebay one rocks, it was $68 after shipping.

I wish I had a K&N after I got caught in a massive downpour and my Injen started sucking up water. I guess I'd go with K&N because of it's versatility.
