K&N air filter for a 2006 speed6 ???

Ok, so maybe I am just blind but when I searched K&N's site for a speed6 air filter there was not one listed, which I thought was odd.

I see that they have a 33-2279 listed for the
2006 MAZDA 6 2.3L L4 F/I - US, Turbo but it "looks" to small. Is that the correct one?

Sorry for such a noob question but Id hate to spend 50+ dollars for the wrong one.

Yup, that's the one. I have one that I just posted for sale in the MS6 section. It's in great shape, about 5-6000 miles on it. I'll let it go for $25 shipped. Let me know if you want that.

yep same as a standard 6... Good price on raw's I'd snap it up before someone else does.. I think I bought mine used for $35. Do this and then the cold air mod(remove and block off engine intake horn, and remove the resonator in the fender to draw air from there instead) to your stock box and you'll have a nice sounds stocker looking intake setup...

@ DSMConvert .... I've never heard of that mod before. Any pictures of this setup? Id hate to remove soemthing that I shouldnt
