Well, this has been a short ride.
We just sold our 2011 CX-9 FWD Touring with tech package, with 22k miles on it. We sold it to carmax for $18k (our payoff was $19k). I could have possibly made payoff or a grand or so from the private market, but there is a wreck on the carfax from last year, and a lien. I didn't feel like dealing with the headaches.
The SUV had been exceptional, no issues, we loved it. It was a financial decision. Came into a little bit of money from selling my truck, and instead of paying off the 16mpg CX-9, I decided to buy a cheaper car with a lot less cash (25+ mpg 2010 Camry for $11,500), let Carmax payoff the Mazda (plus $1k out of my pocket), and put the rest of the money in the bank. At the end of the day, we now have 2 cars in the driveway that are paid for. (2 camrys, lol)
We will miss the CX-9, it is an awesome vehicle. But we just didn't need that much vehicle at this point in our lives, like we thought we did a couple years ago.

I have a few OEM and AutoZone type oil filters that I may be listing for sale, since I have no use for them now...
