Just Got One Woohoo!

Hey there evryone,
Just got my 3 a week ago and it is so sweet. I couldnt believe i was even considering any other vehicle. Stopping by forums this one had the best people and topics so i thought i would register and stay awhile.
Now im not a huge car person (came from a jeep). I dont know what im doing but i might want to spice it up in a little. Any suggestions of what i could do?

Welcome! Someone recently posted pics of a 3 sedan w/tint, Eibach springs, and removed door molding/strips (whatever you want to call them) - all pretty simple and it looked very good...search around, 3's are starting to get modded, slowly but surely.

Yes it was. I was getting some accessories installed, but the dealership shattered my windshield when they were putting on the new auto-dimming mirror. Do you live in the area? I see that your somewhere in ATL. We should hook up some time.

I hope you didn't get rid of the jeep to get the 3...I too have a jeep and decided I needed a car for my daily driver, I don't think I could ever get rid of that beast.....I kinda miss driving it so much, but my 3 is growing on me, plus it has air conditioning

jeep as in cherokee, heh, and yes i had to get rid of her. she was 181k and falling apart slowly. i miss driving it but im afraid to say i hardly think about it since the 3 has stepped up big time. ahh what a glorious day!!

Gettin my 3s Monday!

Hello everyone!

I too am trading in my Jeep Cherokee with 152k miles in for a 3s. The 3 I'm getting is winning blue w/the ABS package, Sport package, moonroof w/6 disk changer, and its an automatic. Wanted to get the nav system, but there were none in the Midwest in my color.

I'll be upfront, I know little to nothing about cars. However, I hope to learn more so I can be sure to take good care of my new baby and make her awesome inside and out!

I'll put up a pic up as soon as I can...I need to tint the windows eventually. Gonna get an alarm and remote start added after I get it. (I had the remote starter in my jeep) The dealer is installing the autodim temp mirror and maybe a few more accessories if I think of anything else. Any ideas of what I might want to be sure to add???
