I just got my JoeP MBC last night I was checking over the instructions, on his instructions it states that you have to remove both of the vacuum lines running to the turbo. But on the How To on this site does not say that at all. It only says to remove the vacuum tube off the Tee leading from the BOV. Is the How To on this site the correct way to install it? Please let me know I am installing it tomorrow and I don't have access to a computer this weekend. Thanks in advance for the help.

There is only one vacuum line that goes to the turbo.

Yup...just the one on the bottom of the T.

Cool thanks for the info, I haven't got under the hood yet to look at it yet. So is the How To on this site the one I should follow? It seems to be a lot different than the instructions that came with the MBC.

Be careful not to break the T. The one you need to take off is glued on. What I have heard that you have to do is take a little flat head screwdriver, like and eye glass kit one, and work your way around the hose and slowly and work your way down inside the tube with the screwdriver until it frees up.
