hhhhhmmmm its not on the Jet website. and why would it only be 04-07 ??

With all those warranties and phone numbers YOU can call BEFORE you even send them a DAMN thing. UniChump has nothing but a phone number were they will tell you your PHUKED, n so many words.

Hell, plus your saving 6 to $700 dollars for something that really works.

Why are you asking me? Call the number. That's why it's there. ;)

Unless you know something about the AutoPartsWarehouse.com that I don't. I always got good service from them.

IF infact this would work for the disi motor it would be a nice option. well for the guys doing a few bolt ons and staying close to stock anyways. a chip or reflash is nice, but usless for heavily modded cars who want to optimize what they have. in that situation you need a flash tuner or full standalone to get your tune "just right". no off the shelf, one size fits all crap is good enough for my car. if i had any interest in this i would look into more, but its not for me.

T-Boost! If you read that chip is NOT a CHIP, it is a flash for your ECU.

No it is not just off the shelf, it's out of your car. You tell them what you have and they set it up on that. Now for the every car is the same kind of thing is true. And WE SHOULD ALL KNOW that's not true.

So for you people to tell me that I am NOT hitting 18.5 with just the little bolt ons I have is wrong. I will.. go thru the trouble to hook up a mechanical T-Boost gauge just to show y'all one from the other.

T-Boost, I don't know a damn thing about this product, but I do know ANYTHING is better than UniJunke!(boom01)

It is true:
We do have an ECU upgrade available for your application. Since your ECU does not have an easily replaceable chip we do require that the ECU be sent to us for programming. Our ECU upgrade kit contains everything needed to pack and ship the ECU to us and includes complete instructions, ECU location chart and our programming specification sheet that you fill out so we know what upgrades have been done to the vehicle. Next day air shipping is included in 48 states only. Call JET for shipping rates to other locations. The part # to fit your vehicle is 65002, which retails for $399.00. The kit is available through JET directly or through any of our dealers.

Once we receive your ECU it will be programmed according to the vehicle specification sheet to optimize the fuel and timing curves for your specific modifications. For best results the ECU upgrade should be done after you complete all of your other upgrades so we can program specifically for them. We also recommend using at least 89 octane fuel due to the modified ignition advance. Horsepower gains will vary depending on how the vehicle is modified, but average gains are 8-10 horsepower to the drive wheels. If you have any questions you can reach our tech department toll free at 800-535-1161. Our hours are M-F, 8-5 PST

ok after reading that I AM FOR SURE OUT !!
they recommend at least 89 octane gas. thats great since the car is supposed to have 91+ form the factory. and they want $400 for 8-10WHP !!
thats a joke. like i siad ..off the shelf." send us you ecu and your mod list and we'll send you the same tune that 75% of the other people get ! " do you really think they have even seen a car with even half of the available mods out there ? i doubt it. for 8-10 HP i'll buy another bolt on before i would consider this.

We also recommend using at least 89 octane fuel due to the modified ignition advance. Plus they say this do to the fact this flash is NOT just for the MAZDASPEED. Now if you would like to do some research do it on the ECU, it is suppose to be in the M3, M6, CX7/9. AND AGAIN you show me just one of these others that offer a WARRANTY!

APW warrants this automotive part to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 12 months.

Thats what they said, and down here dude we have 93 and that's what Mazdaspeed says to use in the MAZDASPEED from the first MSP to now.

The price of the flash is only $311.42 from APW.

MS38449, since your so into this, why dont you spend the 311.42 and let us know how it goes?

I've had my ECU on my previous ride ('99 Miata) flashed by Jet, the difference was not noticible...just slightly better. Not worth the $400 I spent at the time...

When you buy this, Jet sends you a "kit" that includes a box for the ECU shipment, paperwork to write down your mods, and shipping label/info. Takes a few days; within 5 days.

Its a lot harder to squeeze power out of a Miata, so I wasn't expecting anything major, but my gains were less than 6 HP, while the guys with stand-alones ECUs were gaining 10HP or more.

I wouldn't even consider a Jet reflash...they are too off the shelf generic.
This car needs custom tuning or at least a company that will fully research/invest in tuning.

Nice info there AutoX,
But all this is really about is that it's WAY.. better than Unijunke.

What I am waiting on is a Proven Standalone, one I can tune if I ever get the balls to spend that kind of money on.

But then again, I think if I can make it stick better first would be better than more fpt.

Hell my MSP would stick off the showroom floor, I would have to e-brake just to get it to power-slide. Not with this MS3! That's why it's not on the track's
