When you say JDM w/rear fog option is the wiring and switch included with the purchase of this? Does the harness have an extra bulb spot and the housing have an extra bulb spot? If so I will take this.

EX. has 5 bulbs and 5 openings in the housing.

iJay, no wiring and no switch, it is currently wired in with my parking lights. My plan, if I kept them was to buy a stock switch and wire them up properly. And to answer your question, yes there are 5 bulbs and 5 openings in the housing. At this time though I'm not looking to ship as I still need a stock pair. If I end up buying stockers then I'll def. ship but price will be adjusted.
