j-spec cam ?????

how many of you out there who have j-spec cams
broke them in????????
i just got the cams a couple weeks ago but i have'nt installed them yet. they are brand new and im wondering how long i should brake them in for??? and if there is a certin way i need to brake them in?

No need for new cam bearings, just seals.

The dealer recomended taking it easy for 600 miles to let everything get seated.

from the dealer. i think they are a couple bucks. they are the only thing i replaced when i did my cams. i just took it easy for 500 miles and changed the oil. but 5000 miles strong now no problem.s just need to get to a dyno now.

i got them off another member... but i know that sr motorsports still had some.

I just called them. They only are selling them in a set and not separately.

im not sure. it pulls a little better and longer in high rpms. but with the header and cams toghether ive lost some low end torque and have to launch at higher rpms now. if you put them in yourself its probably worth it. if you get them installed they are not worth it.
