Driving around here in jersey. But as far as I know, there arnt that many people on the forums with p5's in jersey...

I wish there was some way I could get their attention and be like, hey, www.mazda247.com.

Whenever I see a p5, I just feel an instant connection with that person. One time I was sitting at a stop light and I seriously considered getting out of my car, tapping on their window, and saying, " hey theres these really cool forums for mazdas, and theres a section specifically for p5s".

haha only way to promote. i know a bunch of the cb7 dudes have stickers but i never bought one. i hate the forums there. figured this forum had one too

I was thinking about getting a sticker too. Funny thing is, until I bought my P5, I had never seen one on the road before. Now I see them every once in a while. Only once have I seen someone driving a yellow P5 where I looked at him and he looked at me and we were both like Hell Yeah P5!

And does anyone else get faked out by the Kia Spectra5?

I park my p5 in a garage a block away from my work. There are litterally 5 p5's parked in that lot. Red, silver, white, dark blue, and black. I see tons of them on the street here in portland.

I see a handful of Proty 5's out here. Most of those who drive them are middle aged women.

This comment really speaks something of our car. I pointed out my P5 to a coworker, and he called it a woman's car. Not only that, nearly every driver of a P5 I've seen has been a woman. I think there's some styling I'm not understanding here. I know some people who consider the P5 a "cute" car rather than sporty. It seems most people recieve the P5 as an adorable baby car. I might yet have been fooled throughout my entire owndership. I always thought it was styled aggressively and bred to compete- in the corners at least. As such, I felt compelled to drive aggressively. I carve corners hard and I take mountain freeways fearlessly, passing many brake addicted drivers. I just find it amusing my mentality is in conflict with the car's appearance. It's kinda like a gangstah boy with his wannabe racer, pimped out car. He may think it's fast with that exhaust, but he's really just in another econobox. It's silly that I would drive a "cute" car like a sports car, even though it handles like one. Whatever, I'm rambling.

I feel the same connection lol when ever i see one i always look to see who is driving and true I do see ladies driving this car but i also do see a lot of guys my age (20) so it is still a sweet sporty car. And when ever i see one too i always look for rust on the rear wheel well cuz i got some forming there lol.

Today I saw a mazda (i think it was a speed). We were driving opposite directions. But I saw him, and he saw me, For a brief moment, and when our eyes met I knew, that he was somewhere on these forums :flip:
