ive got about $200....

what exactly is the point of taking off the weatherstripping? It's just a rubber strip....doesn't really do anything..... (scratch)

Drivetrain trio (Kartboy bushings, Bronzeoil bushings, & Redline MT-90) + TT of your choice would be right about $200. If you have $$ left over, snag some Dave B gauge rings.

It helps keep the hood from vibrating, letting sound out towards the cabin, and keeping debris out. It's in a location that really doesn't let much in but can cause your windows to fog a bit eaisier. It's only worthwhile if you don't care too much about a little more noise and vibration but want a slightly cooler engine bay.

I say get some tint, it's the best appearance mod for under $200.

hey i already put some money to the side for a tint job. You are in TX (as am i)...where's the best place for a tint (a GOOD job, but good pricing too -- none of that purple s***, and no bubbles.) I got a quote from Custom Sounds for about $170 w/no warranty, or $260ish with warranty. I havn't checked Mother's or anyone else....who is good?

damn.... 260 w/ warranty... there is a place here that for about 110 you get the tint w/ lifetime warranty
