It's going to be a long day :(

Haha I think I have you all beat...my longest work 'day' was back when I was still working as an EMT.

38 hours.

Damnit I feel even worse today :( I want to go out and do something but I feel like crap. Maybe I'll go out and see Harry Potter later on.

My last longest working day: Got to the station at 1500 (3pm), it snowed....HEAVILY... got stuck with another officer in a squad car til 2300 (11pm) in the snow, we all doubled up for the night and then rode to the city garage to put chains on and take another ride with another officer 0000 hrs (midnight), then got.... you guessed it... stuck again, the chains popped off the tires (damn Crown Vic's), THEN finally got a tow for the ride home and crawled into bed at 0530 (5:30am). I was supposed to go back to work around 9am but called the boss man and said THERE'S NO WAY IN THE WORLD I'M GOING TO BE COMING IN AFTER THAT CRAP. The funny thing is, a lady called in for a domestic dispute with 2ft of snow on the ground. We said, she had BETTER be dead or in MORTAL danger when we get there OR ELSE. lol When we got out there... risking life and limb to help her, it was a little fight she had with her husband and we made her lock him in the basement. lol We told her if we had to go back out there ONE MORE TIME, she would be arrested and the hubby will be walking in 3ft of snow to a hotel. I hate love spats.
