Is this fixable? 2020 CX-5 Body Damage

20' Mazda CX-5 Signature
20' CX-5 here, the corner of the hood is bent from a low-speed collision on the passenger side. I already have a replacement chrome trim piece. Is the hood repairable?
I was thinking of just bending it back and touching up the paint.

Thanks in advance!

It looks like a fairly easy repair, whether you DIY or get a shop. Protect it from rusting at the least and make sure it doesn't interfere with closing or rubbing on the light.

I agree. I don't think its necessary to replace the hood for that.

Even if you did it yourself, you can get it looking decent.

From what I can tell, it looks light the light has been pushed back as well. Is there any damage under the hood behind the headlight?

Take it to 2 or 3 body shops you can get references about from friends and family.
They can fully inspect for any hidden damage. It may be cheaper for you to go through insurance when you take into account any lingering depreciation should a self repair not completely or satisfactorily fix it, if you come to resale the vehicle at a later date.

Agree with above. You will have a really tough time selling vehicle with that damage if you attempt a diy repair. Spend your insurance deductible and get it professionally repaired.

Nope.
Seems like I can get a decent repair DIY, and I don't have an insurance deductible bc mine isnt comprehensive, and this wasn't with another person.

I also plan on keeping this vehicle.
