is this covered by powertrain????

hey i picked up my car today 06 speed6 gt the two front bearings got replaced (500$cdn!! ouch) and i asked the garage about my check engine light which read p2187 and p0300 turns out it was a cracked valve hose or vacuum hose connected to the turbo air inlet. the piece itself costs 245$ so i was wondering if this it covered by powertrain warranty wit mazda, i am still under warranty for powertrain, but is this problem considered engine powertrain?

warranty is 4yrs 50k miles which ever comes first. Call the dealer, have them check your vin and they will tell you if you warranty is valid or not.

haha that wasnt really the question, i was asking whether the piece which is broken is covered under power train warranty, my car still has this warranty! i went to mazda yeserday and the guy said ah its a helectrique probleme so not warranty! ( he was french). its the vacuum valve on the turbo so i dont see how thats electric?

well if you got an 06 MS6 4yrs 50k is the full warranty powertrain ends at the same time
the 07 ms6 dont have the same warranty 36000 3 year for it.
