Is this a symptom of the Ghost Touch?

Couple of times lately the radio has started changing stations on its own. Almost like the seek button is engaged. Then it will stop and work normally for days. Not sure how the dealer could diagnose it if it's happening infrequently.

Anybody that had this problem - will it get worse?

Bought a 2016 and a 2019 for my daughter and wife. Both of ours does this. Was going to ask if there was ever a "fix" or is it just shoddy computer programming on Mazda's part that is with us until we part with the CX-5.

Mine hasn't done it again since I first reported it back in June.

There's some infotainment settlement from Mazda. It may provide a fix for your problem. I would contact the dealer, see if it applies to your problem.

I have an extended warranty so if it pops up again and stays I'll have Mazda replace the unit.
