I got my 02 P5 two weeks ago for 12.5k so sounds like it is, make sure you get a carfax to make sure it hasnt been rebuilt.

I'm not real familiar with the p5s but just look for the basics.

Yes, make sure you at LEAST 99.999% sure than you want an auto before you get it. I got it, now I wish I hadn't. I got my 2003.5 brand new with 82 miles on it for $13,600.

Yes, it is a mazda, but 82K is a little high. I would demand them to lower the price or be prepared to walk. Just tell them it isn't good enough and get up to leave. The price will drop...or just keep walking. (confused) I got my 2003 with 27k for $11,500. And one last thing, learn to drive a manual.

LOL I know how to drive a manual. I had a Porsche 944 that was a stick. Thing would break down ALL THE TIME!!! The reason I want an auto is becuase I just want something to cruise around in not race. I thought about a stick but I just do not want to mess with one in the traffic. Anyways, thanks for everyones in put. I am not going to go pick it up yet and if anyone hears of a P5 for under 10,000 in the Texas area let me know.

Power everything is standard on a P5.
Tint is aftermarket, if you want it, then that is a plus for you.
58K miles is a little high, but not too bad. Most issues on the P5
If you can get them to drop the price by $500 say, and you want an '02 auto, this could be the car for you.
If you would be more interested in a manumatic, the '03 had that.

Auto is poopy. Mileage is kinda high. I suppose it's OK. I know of a Black 5 speed for $9500 with 38,5k. Now, THAT's a good deal. Which is why I'm trying to buy it.

Going from a 944 to a P5, you're gonna want a manual. The auto tranny saps some of what little power we have.

that price seems a little high

i bought my 02 5-speed for 10,650 and it had 23K on it, new tires, tint, leather

i would tell them to drop a good amount

Porsche...one thing I have found about this site is not to ask about prices. I found a 2002 with 28K on it for 11.5. IT is my uncle and he keeps cars for two years and keeps them nice then sells them. Now this might seem high to some but if you live in seattle and try to find a pro 5 with this mileage on it you are going to pay 13.5 at a dealer and nobody else is selling them. Go to autotrader.com and enter in some info on the pro 5 to see what people are selling them for around your town. EVerywhere is different and those perfect deals are few and far between when trying to find the exact car you want. If it is what you want and YOU feel good about the price then go for it man. People are always going to tell you about the "better" deal that is never there. Sure you and I could probably get one cheaper.....in 2 years....just my two cents (2thumbs)

How about this one???

Let me see what yall think of this deal

02 pro5
black on black
no mods
5 speed
43000

$9000

Is that a good deal??
