Is the '07 Satellite System "A La Carte" Capable?

I have a used '07 CX-9 GT loaded with the RSES and the nav system with BOSE audio. I've always wanted to try out satellite radio but I've found the basic substription rate to be too steep at $12.95 or more.

Turns out that Sirius has a so-called "A La Carte" offering @ $6.95/month...BUT, this packages requires a satellite system that is "A La Carte" capable.

Does anyone know if my '07 system meets this requirement?

Any ideas how I can find out if my system is "A La Carte" capable? Maybe I should just fire off an e-mail to Mazda.

I have the Bose system without navigator. 6x CD box, Sirius.

According to Sirius, it's not a-la-carte capable.
