is MP5 MP3 MSP all share the same catback exhaust?

most place i look, sell catback exhaust kit ready for wagon, doesnt mention if they fit sedan or not.



and i also looked under ion performance, they mentioned their catback 2 piece exhaust fits MP5 ES and MP3

if they fit ES and MP3 , it should fit MSP right?

Ion is very expensive. Try Megan racing or Magnaflow. The sedan exhaust is longer than the P5

when i search on ebay , i just found out racing beat has Part# 76466 for Protege5 Part# 76465 for protege LX

You can modify the exhaust to make it fit either one. Most eBay setups will send 2 different sized tips to cover the length difference or at least Volkswagen does

cant really beat the old fassioned cork sport for price/performance. its a little ricey sounding for my taste but you can change the muffler if you like.

as mentioned, sedan is slightly longer than p5 exhaust but if you have a friend who can do the modification and the exhaust you want is cheap enough it could be worth it.
depending on the cost of shipping though, might just be better to buy the muffler bits you want and have a shop fill in the pipey bits.
