Is Mazda Responsible for Life of Car

I am approaching the end of my 36,000 mile warranty. I have had the bushings replaced about 4 times over the last 3 years. I will make it in for 1 more oil change before my warranty expires and I will probably have them replace the bushings.

My question is, Is Mazda responsible for replacing the bushings for as long as I own the car because the problem was found during the warranty period? I would argue that it is.

I am curious what everyone else thinks.

Have a good holiday

If there is a TSB or recall notice that covers it, yes it is for the life of the car. In other words Mazda has to admit they ****** up on the peace and that no matter how well maintained the vehicle is the piece will fail. I think there must be a TSB on the bushings (if you are refering to the sway bar bushings ie clunk) considering they have been continually developing new bushings. If there is a TSB that means Mazda is gonna have long string of bushing replacements in the coming years.

I thought we had a 50,000 mile warranty? Every time I ask the boys at Donny Miller, they say the same, trobbins. I'm pretty sure a TSB like this goes for the life of the car.

trobbins, did you get the E's yet? I'm clunking horribly after our 1.5" snowfall last week. I'm tempted to ask them to replace the swaybar as well, and say "Look at it this way. If we do it all at once, and it works, you'll never see my annoying face again for the clunk!"

it is a 50k mile warranty, i had the local mazda dealer call mazda usa and give them my vin to verify.

There isn't a recall notice for this. I just spoke to Mazda and they were less than helpful. Has anyone spoken to the Mazda District Parts and Service Manager about this? I doubt Mazda wants to warranty this for the life of the car....
