Is Mazda 5 with manual tranny flat towable behind an RV?

Can a 2012 Mazda 5 with manual transmission be flat towed behind a motorhome? If not, what is different about its transmission that makes it not flat towable? What modification may be added to make it flat towable?

Use the link below to look up the manual on the model. Doing a quick look it says this under Recreational towing section for the 2012.

An example of “recreational towing” is
towing your vehicle behind a motorhome.
The transaxle is not designed for towing
this vehicle on all 4 wheels.
When doing recreational towing refer to
“Towing Description” (page 7-22) and
“Tiedown Hook” (page 7-23) and
carefully follow the instructions.
