Well, I got my car on 2-25 for 19,205. It's the MSRP for the car & options. Recently, I've read people got their's for less with more options, this makes me upset, I feel like I got played like a b****, currently they are holding checks for $1900 incentive payment that I haven't paid yet. Do you think it's possible for me to talk them into exclude them, since I am way overpaying if I show them that I coulda got it for far less or just forget about it and move on.

i doubt it, if you signed the papers with the prices(i would believe), i think you got ****** with no lube!

That depends where you live. For example in Miami, FL you have 48 hours by law to return a car for a FULL REFUND no questions asked. Besides this many car dealers also give this type of guarantee, that if you don't like the car for a certain reason you may return it within a specified amount of time. So if you mention this to the dealer, they may be willing to renegotiate with you because they don't want an unsatisfied customer.

so if you crash the car, and tow it back to the dealership, you get a refund no questions asked right? Have you acctually returned a car "yourself" like this before?

technically its not a law but most dealers dont know the difference......shh keep it a secret

Yonutz- I would go back to the dealer and see what they say. I am suprised you paid MSRP for a car! I would never pay the msrp for any car. Try to see if you can go back and renegotiate, I doubt they will but its worth a shot. Check out Edmunds.com and see what your car is selling for. Good Luck.
