iPod adaptor and CDN 07 GT w/Nav

We just bought an 07 GT AWD with Luxury Pack, moonroof, power lift, nav, everything but RSES, would love to get my iPod working (and charging) with playlists displayed etc, thru the steering wheel controls... any suggestions?

also anybody know if a Rogers iPhone will work with the handsfree bluetooth?
