iPod adapter for MS6?

Looking at getting back into an MS6, but I would have to have the iPod adapter installed.

Anyone here install it themselves? What is involved w/the install on the MS6 cars w/the Bose system?

Do dealers even sell the OEM adapter anymore? If not, where to buy?

That's what I have. Won't charge new ipods, but I have an older unit.
Can be between a 5 and 55 minute install depending on how you decide to run the wires. I hid all my wires so about half an hour, its mostly plug and play.

I have a Gen5 video. If it won't charge while it plays I am not gonna buy it.
