I can't get my iPhone to show up on the entertainment system sometimes. It will connect fine on the Bluetooth tab but the iPod tab doesn't always show up. The problem with this is that just using the Bluetooth tab connection doesn't let you select and navigate playlists but the iPod tab does.

Note: Both ways I'm referring to are connected through Bluetooth, the difference is the connection method on the screen and the lesser functionality of being able to only connect to the Bluetooth tab. I've been able to connect fine before to the iPod tab.

Any suggested fixes?

iPhone 5 with latest 6.1.2 update. I'm now wondering if I'm misremembering and it's only the USB connection where it shows an iPod tab or if Bluetooth connected that way too. Does the iPod tab show up for an iPhone connected by Bluetooth? The Blurtooth connection sucks because you can't navigate by artist or playlist etc.

You are correct, you will not be able to navigate through if you are connected via bluetooth.

The only suggestion I have is that if you hold down the front button on the phone and activate Siri, you can use her over bluetooth to control your phone and select specific artists, albums, etc. Though this involves touching your phone which is illegal in most places (though no more action is required than touching the button on the wheel...)
