Interior painting help

So im wanting to change my p5 interior Panel colors. My cousin had it painted and cleared burnt orange before i bought it. I was wondering could i just paint over the orange or do i need to strip and sand all the plastic down to change it. Also the leather door handle is painted how would i strip that? I want it red.

No need to strip. Just scuff, prime, and paint. I'd clear, but you dont have to.

I planned to clear. I just didnt wanna mess up and it look bad. Its already clean i just dont like the color he chose. thank for the help tho. Much apperciated!
