Interest thread-Team Sahlen Car Show and Shop Tour

I hae been having a discussion with Will Nonnamaker in regards to Team Sahlen hosting an event for Mazda owners. Will is on bord witht he idea, we'll have a car show, have a cook out, as they have a cafe on site and have a good time.

It will happen after the Grand-Am season is over and we will have a firm date after that. If you are interested, please add your name to the list. Phen if you can sticky this and let the MWMC guys know about this as well.

But I don't want another Sahlen visor. Do you know how hard it is to find someone who is willing to be seen wearing a visor these days AND who knows the Sahlen racing team? (spin) It was like trying to give away a pet rock. (evil)

They are in located in North Canton by the airport. I have been in contact with Jay the Team Manager and we will be finalizing things soon. Also, at next years Mid-Ohio EMCO Gears 250 Team Sahlen will be our Mazda Corral Sponsor, as we will be also raising money for The Make-A-Wish Foundation.

We'll have a car show, are usual (free) raffles and giveaways, plus special fundraising raffles with some big prizes to win. As a sponsor, Sahlen will be offering hospitality for our membership(food and drink on Saturday(race day).

This is just some of the things that we are working on for next year

We will have the Pirelli and Corsa Girls their to model for you as well. We will get Juha Lievonen and also one of Grand-Am's photographers to take pictures of your cars......
