Gonna be installing a vacuum and oil pressure gauge. Wanted to know the best place to get a vacuum reading and places for the power and acc signal wires. Also can i use the same grounding points or do i need to use a different one per gauge? Thanks

You can use same ground points and power points. For power just run wiring from either the fuse box, or like I did in my MR2 (different car, but installing in the interior is no different no matter what car you have), take power and illumination wires from the stereo harness and run them down under the steering wheel and over to where the pod will sit. Then just ground it to a metallic point down in the kickpanel behind where the fusebox is.

Best place to take vacuum from is the fuel pressure regulator or the brake booster. Just T into it. Id say Brake booster is best cause its right off the firewall.

anywhere i can place the illumination wire instead of acc? somewhere that only gets power when the engine is started? i dnt need my gauges on when just sitting in the car listening to the radio

(burnout)
Just tie into the same power cable that goes to your stock gauge pod already. I mounted a pod above the cd player and tied in there and they come on with my stock gauges when you turn on the lights. Looks clean that way.

take your vac. reading off one of the vac. lines on the intake mani. that will give u the most accurate reading you can get
