The AEM is the same intake so here's the PDF of the instructions to install that one. Though the part about the Airflow straightener won't apply because for the mazdaspeed you have buy that separate.
Also the part about the breather house, I couldn't get mine to bend without me worrying about breaking it (probably a $100 from the dealer or something), so I bought a piece of 5/8ths house about 20" long from a local auto store for like $2.50 and used that instead.
