Inside flourecent?

After reading and noticing that the outside light fixtures are wired in serial, should inside florescents be wired in serial too. Thanks and if so, Why?

Yeah your rite I did. I work nights so usualy when I get home I am tired, and I am not always 100% alert. Yes that is what I was trying to say.
