Injen CAI + Greddy Type S

Does anyone know is any company sells both the Injen CAI and the Greddy Type S BOV. I'm asking because that way I would reduce shipping costs.
Also, what does everyone think of the following as initial mods:

Injen CAI
Greddy Type S BOV
Joe P E-MBC
Joe P FCD
Blitz Dual TT DC II

I'm trying to go the safest route and even though I may not get all these right now, I want to take all the precautionary steps to mod safely. I don't plan on boosting past say 10psi should I get all the above too. Thanks for any ideas.

I'd definitely get the FCD, I'll be buying one soon. This morning, while boosting at a hair over 9 psi in 3rd @ WOT, I hit fuel cut hard. The temperature was about 45 degrees, and the car was about 80% warmed up.
