Infotainment screen went black

My infotainment screen went black on my 1 month old 2016 CX 5. I turned the car off and on, it was still black. After I pushed the volume knob, the system rebooted and the screen came back on. Anyone else experience this before? Debating whether I should call dealer to see if I need to come in for service.

Time for the firmware update. Search your system and see what firmware you have. You will want the version that starts with 55. You most likely have 51.

How do I figure out which version of firmware I have?

I'll have to look today when I get in the car. You can find it by surfing through one of the setting from the home page on your infotainment center.

I've had mine for almost one month and that happened to. A self reboot related to Bluetooth I think.

Only happened once.
