Infotainment rebooted on its own, is this normal?

my head unit was rebooting itself 3 or so times a week. i turned off Connected Services and it hasn't rebooted since May of this year. i don't use that function, so no big deal to me. it is annoying that i have to click that i understand i can still make 911 calls even with Connected Services turned off, but i can deal with that for now.
