In the shop now for over 1 month

Outside of the luxury brands, I thought the Mazda CX-9 was the most attractive SUV on the market, but in reading all the problems this car seems to be having, there seems to be more issues to deal with than meets the eye.
 
She's back in the shop...Again

This time - the power steering system is making a loud whirrrrrring noise every time i turn the wheel. This car is a Lemon !!!!!!!!!!!

More to come on this I'm sure....:mad:
 
I think your mechanic IS the "lemon".
I have only 1 assembly minor issue since new for 26K miles.
 
I agree with Nuzy. Rather than continue to react I suggest you write a single page letter outlining the timeline. Do some research and find the middle-top and top managers at Mazda USA and CC the letter to about 5-6 of them (it does not matter if they are the exact right ones or not, the letter will circulate). Personally address (Dear Mr. xxxx) and sign each copy and include a phone number. Keep the tone disappointed and angry but not overly emotional. They will realize you took the time to notify them of a serious problem that is blemishing their brand. They will react. Good luck.
