In the market for a CX-5. What is a fair price for a used 2014 GT with 29k miles?

A friend of a friend is asking $21k. I looked on KBB and this seems below market value ($22k to $26k)
Appreciate all feedbacks. This is going to be my first Mazda so I'm quite excited. I'm in the tri-state area btw.

Does it have the Tech Package? Nav, bi xenon headlight, AFS (headlight turns), smart city brake etc? Is it AWD or wrong wheel drive? Those make a big difference in price. Once you find out what it has above what is standard for a GT, you can budget the mods you want. If they still have the window sticker, you can see everything.
