sorry if i posted in the wrong section, but yea im new to this site,my names gus currently moving to houston, i have a charcoal black mazda3 2.3s 5sp. the only mods i have done to it is magnaflow exhaust sounds nice nothing to ricey, trying to go turbo though with the mazdaspeed turbo setup so it wont void my warranty, ill try to post pics of my car but i only have pics of the system though.....

there is no mazdaspeed turbo option as the mazdaspeed 3 uses a completely different set up then can be used on your 2.3l. there are a couple companies... hiboost and sci that make turbo kits for our cars but you loose the warranty...
if you are that worried about the warranty i would suggest going with bolt ons for now and going with FI later in your cars life...

thats what i was thinking about but my friend got the turbo of a ms3 in his mazda3 it confused and it still does,lol, and i dont want to just buy the turbo and it voids the warranty on the car then im fvcked, i checked out the hiboost site which is the sci site?tsunami said:

welcome to the site ! who is your friend and from what dealer did he get this from? i can guarantee you one thing....and make sure you understand this... the warranty for the mazdaspeed3 covers that turbo....your warranty DOES NOT. no matter what turbo setup you put on that car. think about it....mazda put a warranty that covers your car exactly as they delivered it to you. ANY modifications you do to it will VOID the warranty. you do not own a mazdaspeed3 therefore the warranty on it does not apply to you. just ask some protege guys that have mazdaspeeed turbo setups...they're not covered unless they bought it from a dealer that way. but anyways...welcome to the site! where in houston are you moving to? check out the tejas section often because we like to get together when we can and we have a few 3's in our group. plus we have several members working in mazda dealers, managers of autozones and dealers of audio equip...so we can get anything you want for a damn good price.dark3 said:
