Hello.

I will be moving down to Florida in the next couple of weeks. I'll be moving to the Ormond Beach area.

I've been in Denver for quite a while, and have really only visited Florida a few times. What's life like down there?

North side of Daytona Beach. From reading around the Florida forums it looks like the Orlando crowd gets together regularly. That's only about an hour away.

I have a 6 now. The poor little MP3 is long gone.

PS: We meet here:

December 3rd
9am @ Publix on Hwy 50 just west of OSW

If you dont want to be there this early you can just show up anytime durring the day at the track, its $10 to get in or $15 to race.

Orlando Speed World Dragway is located East of Orlando on Highway 50 (Colonial Drive), 20 miles East of I-4 and 15 miles West of I-95.

I have invited all the people that showed up at the last Tampa meet I was at as well as some people down by Miami so lets make this one happen, the more people that can come the better, and the good thing is we dont have to worry about parking or anything because you just park where ever you want in the field they have, unless ur gonna do some runs then you wont be parking your car. Hope to see everone out there!

Orlando meets are at the track mentioned above every first Sunday of the month and Tampa meets are every 2nd Saturday night at 9pm @ Sonic on Gandy Blvd.

hi and welcome to florida!! well when you arrive. tampa is far so i wouldnt recommend joining us at a tampa meet on dec 9th, but hey unless you want to. also watch out for ricers.(ricer)(rice)

Yeah... its kinda far for you east coast guys, but I would recommend the 30 min drive to OSW for the Dec. 3rd meet!

Yeah, I guess its not the best place to meet with cars like ours but hey, im not in charge so I can only go so far with suggesting places to meet. The only thing im incharge of is making sure people know about it and that people show up.
