Not to say s*** like a chick or anything...but how does that look any different from LAST years' model???? Its kinda like when you see a VW Jetta from the early 90's to late 90's..they all kinda looked the same or like when you bend a girl over...the all look the same from behind. lol

No surprise then what BMW used for the cover of their internal magazine.

Hood. The inboard lines, that start from the Kidneys are more obvious in
person. Nice.

Hood II. Aperture seems too big. Anyone know why the side shutlines go so
far into the front quarter panels? I'm guessing that they wanted to add visual
*width* to offset the *tallness* of the sides, but not sure.

Front Turn Signals. I was pleasantly surprised; not ugly at all! The
'scalloped' shape is a clever touch.

Sides. Pretty good from all sorts of angles, except straight on, IMO.
The "DLO"/Greenhouse does look a little short. Not bad, tho.
What I don't like about the direct side view is the rear axle line. For some
reason, it looks like it should be located 5mm-10mm aft.

Trunk. A very wise decision of them to move the upper portions of the
taillamps (reverse lights), above the body line.

Trunk II. This is probably just me, but I kinda wish the rear end had more
'drama' a la E65/E66. As it is, it kinda looks that cargo capacity took
priority. Hard to argue with the shape, tho.

In summary, it looks good. A suitable medium between the Z9 & X Coupe.
Tho, on the flip side, it doesn't have the impact of either E65/E66 or E85.
Hmm, have to go look at it some more...
PS. Again, haven't been here in a while. Is that jagoff "das" still around?

I still want to get E39. I'm not a big fan of E60 yet.

Maybe it will grow on me someday...
