idle prodlem

my idle started it jump around from normal to almost stalling can anybody help

Sounds exactly like the egr valve.

Yes you will. I have a thread or two about fixing my idle issue, still in progress. But starting with the EGR and cleaning the IAC solenoid is a start.

Have you changed the coils, plugs and wires at all lately?

Any CEL?

no cel just put on egr today and still does it not as bad but it still happens plugs are new coils are old and wires are 5 years old but there nology wires

I would try the coils next, they are about $28 a piece. The wires may need to be replaced too, but take a step at a time.

ive had the sputtering idle for a couple weeks now.. i had it a few years ago, dealer cleaned the egr under warranty.. so it's sputtering again, and today cel came on.. going to try the egr cleaning on tuesday.. its getting irritating..

Change your coil packs and wires. I'm sure this will fix it

And remove and inspect your PCV. If it doesn't rattle when you shake it - change it.

It has been affecting my idle and clears up when cleaned.
