idle moving up and down

Hello everyone, I have a 2007 CX-7 with 73,000 miles and I am having a problem with the idle speed moving up and down. I do not have a check engine light on but ran a diagnostic anyway but it showed no code problem, but battery showed a little low voltage. Car has stalled and acts like it wants to at times only at idle. Drive ability is just fine. Changed spark plugs with no effect on problem. Anyone know of what to check for next I'm more a DIY kind of guy.

any update? was it a bad o2 sensor?

mine had the same idle problem and when it was cold out (below 50 degrees) the engine would sound like a old school diesel. never had issues with idling at stop just under constant speed of 50+mph.

took it back to dealer for 2nd time and they found a misfire on cylinder #3 with oil leaking around piston. so partial tear down was required to figure out why.
luckily I have ext warranty til 100k and I just went over 86k. I hope they can replace my turbo while they are at it....
