i went racing again w/ my new mods...

I went racing the other day....

my first time i had Rota wheels which weighed 19lbs compared the the stock 25 lbs. aem intake and 2 inch piping w/ no resonator

my best time the first time was 16.6


my new mods are puting back on the racing harts and having my cat cut off and 2.25 piping from where the cat was all the way to the racing beat muffler....

my best time was 16.6 again.. so the added weight of the racing harts offset the gain i got from no cat and larger piping....

my next time at the track will be after my new cams...hopefully i can get a 16.4 or better.....

Running a bigger pipe is not going to help if you are running the stock MP3 muffler. It is only a 2" pipe all the way through. It is now the bottle neck of your exhaust.
