i want an intake

i want to get an intake.. but i dont have much money!! can i get anything for around 100 dollars??? i see ones on ebay for integras that are 65 bucks and up!!! how do i knwo if one of these fits???? Did anyone here rig up there own intake??? OR find a cheap one somewhere!! thanks

They have them on ebay for the p5 engine for 100 bucs. Plus shipping. Spend the money and get the one made for your car.

However, be weary cause I tried to get one for my Miata, and they sent me the wrong system (wrong year) and I tried to return it to exchange and they either never answered their phone, never sent the return label, etc. etc. So, I still have mine and will prob just put it up on Ebay instead. You get what you pay for. Oh, it was only like $119 shipped I think.

there is a good reason for this....EBAY is NOT an automotive supply house....and the people selling the things that are there are mostly, but not all, just individuals that ended up with something they couldn't use. just my two cents....

save your money....go to a reputable automotive parts supplier.

Just build one yourself. Find a place that sells 2.5" mandrel bent piping and use that. It's what I did

Another alternative.

Purchase the $35 K&N replacement filter. Install that, then remove the snorkel that's between the airbox and the radiator. Also remove the resonator box that's below that snorkel. Those pieces are there to make the car quiet for those people who care about that stuff.

Thats a new Dragon R system, its complete with a new invisible filter & special yellow paint that appears chrome.

Seriously I'm not sure what that even is or what it fits, I won that crap on Ebay.

well that sucks!! i had a similar prob with someone on ebay!!! i called ebay and got hos number and i called the guy and settled the problems!!!! you didint try to mount it on your P5.. how much didi you pay for it??
