I think we should....

I don't drive a 2 myself, although i'd love too... but i can't have a mz2, a protege, a cx5, and all 3 generations of rx7 so i'm stuck with the protege. (...and maybe in the near future an fc rx7???)
Usually i make it a point to check out any 2's i see drivin' around, and i check 'em out pretty hard but i think people mostly just get concerned when they see some guy pointing at them and they try to drive away. Sometimes if you're lucky me and my friend will do something really stupid when you go by... then you'll have something to talk about. My friend drives something like a '93 accord... so i have to force him to check out all the mazdas i see (and... especially the 2's) by driving up next to parked ones, and taking some time to admire them. Most recently: saw a great lookin' red mz2 at John Bryan state park... now that one got checked out.

Someone said the thing should be honk the horn and flip each other off when you see another 2? I would love it if MSP's and P5's flipped me off... i may have to start doing that.

I had one instance where a very lightly modded 2 flashed his lights at me once I pulled up beside him.. in my area, it's unfortunate because mostly people, even modded cars, stick to themselves when checking out a car, cause most guys in my area with modded cars are douches who think they're civics are the greatest things ever made. So everyone kind of admires from afar.

Though after the guy flashed his lights, I honked my horn at the guy :)

People just stare when I am driving the B-Spec car on the street. For fun I put my helmet and driving gloves on (the only parts of me you can see when I am driving) and drove through Seattle to a MazdasNW meet last month. I was waving and staring at people and got some great looks.

Haha, I would have liked to see that. Just curious - Is it legal to drive with your helmet on in regular traffic?

I think Fiestas stare at me with envy! I will put my helmet on and start flipping them off. :-)

Ha! I want to do that at work in the Silverado company truck now..

And yes ryno, fiestas do envy us..my buddy has a fiesta s sedan and he is always saying that he wished he had looked around more and paid a few more dollars and got a loaded Mazda 2

I wish I had seen that Derrick!

Wow..... A 22 year old woman who qualifies with automatic weapons and drives a M2.........

Cool.

oh im not the one in the military :) but i have been shooting before :) tons of fun! im looking at getting a bersa thunder as my first hand gun after we move to san diego next month.

Darn...... Another fantasy shot to Heck ! !

Bersa looks good. Looks like a Walther PPK. Which caliber are you looking at? Last cartridge being issued where I worked was the .40.

380. nothing big. gonig to be my stater gun :)

With a 70% one shot stop rate, 380 is a good choice, especially for a first gun. No point carrying a cartridge you might have problems controlling. I don't know if you're planning on carrying it defensively, but just my two cents.

just for the house. im not planning on having it ON me. but id like to be able to protect my son and my house in case anything happens.. and i like to go to shooting so being able to go to a shooting range and have my own gun would be alot of fun :)
