IM so excited!!!

I'll keep you posted and take picks of everything when they arrive!

Maybe you should try a Forge BOV. They have some that are pretty cheap and no stalling. Try calling Tom @ forgemotorsports for the right one. 407 447 5363. They have these dual piston ones and they also have billet bpv's. http://forgemotorsport.com

I guess for it to work on a P5 or MP3 the piping would have to go around the stock intercooler instead of thru the hole where it was. Pretty much everything else is in the same location so I don't see why not. You'd have to ask if he's gonna run it thru where the factory IC was.

they won't conflict with CAI. I am designing the kit to fit with an INJEN CAI. i will supply the shortram minus the filter (the pipes and connectors. This way you have a choice on filters or going CAI. This way i keep my prices low as well. And Injen Spent alot of R&D in their CAI and i can't do that. so why change the design of a million dollar company.

I planned to go with the Forge BOV when i got hardpipes, so i second this notion also.

I am, what i read is the forgeMS BOV's dual pistion keeps the car from stalling, so that is what i am going with! I am going to call them monday a see if can't get deal on them an dmaybe include them in the kit. of course that will make the price jump and i know some already have BOVs. Buut in doing this i can only garauntee it will work with this valve.

yeah nice find on an intercooler ComputerGeek looks sweet from here. when is the estimated time till this project is complete im gettin anxious to get a FMIC and might just go ahead and buy the wagner kit if this is gonna be another month or so. thanks

Yeah thanks Ion!!! I found HKS Silicone connectors on ebay. They are replicas like my kit will be. Basically the same Overhead cost is nill so we can go this cheap. I am not trying to take your business. Just help out the little guy!!!

MSP_FOR_LIFE - It will take about a month in total. I am buying the Pipes and Connectors and T-Bolt clamps this week should take about a week to get then a weekend to put together. SO we will see. I also have to get the BOV from Forge motorsport. But that will be right behind.

So far this is the kit

-27(31)x9x3 tube and fin IC
-aluminum 2.5 o/d piping (same as CAI piping)
-HKS replica high quality siliocone fiberglass wrapped turbo hose connectors
-Tbolt Connectors

I have that same IC. Have fun building the piping for the kit. The IC is 31 inchs in length plus it's 9 inchs high. You'll run into issues with the rebar and trying to fit all the piping behind the bumper once it's all done.
