this s*** has been really bothering me for almost a week now.....

(Background) - my neighbor has taught his dog to s*** in my yard, the dog will leave his yard to come s*** in mine.... and the dog is always chasing my cat...
(rewind) about 6 months ago, his dog and my other neighbors dog saw my cat and chased it into my garage, where my dog and I were, they saw the dog and forgot about the cat, so... they come over and start biting my dog....
So I promptly kicked the attacking dog in the head knocking him out.... I said "you need to keep your dog out of my yard" ...he mumbled some s*** and left when the dog came to...

fast forward to last saturday.... I was sitting here in front of my PC when I see his dog walk out of his yard into mine and start shitting... so I pushed out the screen and jumped out the window and chased the dog off...

....so this fat asshole and his jabba the hut looking wife come running over cussing, yelling and calling me names.... (long story short these people crossed several different lines with me) ...all I said in return was "whats wrong with me not wanting your dog to s*** in my lawn?" ....then the dude (he about 55 yrs old 6"3 300lbs) comes into my yard saying "come over here" in a threatening manner.... I said "are you inviting me to something?" if I'd have gone over there like he wanted - I have no doubt I would have crippled him in front of his entire family & his son....

I really need some advice... I called the sheriff & animal services... the only thing I can do is sue him for destruction of property for shitting in my lawn, but since I'm "just a renter" as he put it - thats out.

...I've had plenty of training in how to get in a fight and what to do in a fight... but I apparently have little training in how NOT to get into a fight...
this asshole just picked a major fight with me, and now I dont know what to do... this is going to come to a head this weekend, im sure of it....
this is really bothering me, I didnt say much at the time, because I was containing myself so as to not go to jail...

All I know is - I didnt grow up and learn how to be a person just to have some piece of s*** like him stand there threatening me, cussing me and getting his nose in my business... he even cursed my mother...

Ok I know that I'm stepping in after a good while and didn't take the time to read all the posts. Record the dog craping on your lawn and after a while present a fee for lawn maintenace to him. $500-1500 dependin where you live. that will make that dog and the owner learn to s*** in his own lawn quick. I worked for a land scaper for a few summers as a teenager and would take the bill a few times to the owners of the house. G/L

My dog used to bring home dirty diapers from peoples garbage cans that she would tip over. She liked bags of used kitty litter too for some reason. Yeah, I know. She killed a rabbit once and left the meat from it, all nicely portioned I might add, right in front of the door going into the garage. I think it was a gift or something. Im sure shed like to s*** in your yard too, if she could still get outside the fence that is.

Im glad nobody killed her. She had it coming though.

alright this is gonna sound evil but it works.

1 - talk to ur owner and get him to sue ur neighbor
2 - the water gun method sounds good.
But I'd suggest using a garden hose with a high power nozzle and own that dog. (NOT to a point where its skin/fur comes off).
3 - make ur fence higher
4 - get a TAZER, rofl, k this idea abit evil, don't use it.
5 - does ur friend have a pitbull you can leave in your lawn for a week? (this one is too evil too).

haha this what a funny post to read. I had a boss once that told me a story about a neighbor dog that kept running out in the street and almost getting hit by cars. Well one evening, he was driving on the street and he swerved to miss the dog but hit it anyways and ended up rolling the car three times before it landed upright. A utility worker witnessed the whole thing and helped my boss throw the pieces of the dog and his guts onto the guys porch and they drove off.

Wow well your boss and the utility worker are ****** assholes. If some ****** douche dumped my dogs guts on my porch after he tried to swerve and miss it. I'd chase him down and slit his throat

FYI I don't have a boss anymore I should have said my boss for my last job. Anyways this happened about 20 years ago and the guy who owned the dog later was charged with animal cruelty and neglect with his 50 other animals he didn't take care of. But yea if I had a dog and that happened to me I'd be pissed.

my buddy just bought a pitbull mix puppy, black and slightly brown in the sun. It's really cute and I was jealous when we picked it up.
