I dont know. I just used soulseek to dl everything that sounded like it might be metal.... I dont see why people are against mp3 downloads, I've got into so many bands thru file-sharing programs that I never would have heard of otherwise... so in support - I go to their show when they come around, and maybe even buy a t-shirt...

I'd give you some lengthy advice but it seems you have enough anyway. All i have to say is he seems like the type that will retalliate until one of you die or move. So if you do something to him/his dog/his yard, he will do worse to you/your pets/your yard. It will keep escalating, and you don't want to have to worry about that every day. good luck.

I'd give you some lengthy advice but it seems you have enough anyway. All i have to say is he seems like the type that will retalliate until one of you die or move. So if you do something to him/his dog/his yard, he will do worse to you/your pets/your yard. It will keep escalating, and you don't want to have to worry about that every day. good luck.

thanks for your advice zoomzoom2, you're completely right....
only update is, my mother was pulling into the driveway & the dog ran out in front of her... stopped right in front of her and just stood there... she had to slam on her brakes & honked the horn at the dog, which almost gave the fat asshole in question a heart attack... and so he started yelling at her.... I cant believe he yelled at her for NOT hitting his dog... He's very lucky I didnt witness this, or it would have been his ass. I'd have run the damn thing over if it was me... complete nuisance in the neighborhood.
oh yeah, I'm compiling a list of people to send some music to, one of the few things in life that makes me happy is turning metalheads on to stuff they havent heard before. PM me your e-mail if you're interested !

It's not buying that is hard it is buidling that is hard. Once all the big homes get in and the place is actually done it will be much harder to buy a lot much less build a house. All I am saying is that if you choose the right place to live these types of incindents would be greatly lessoned and if they do in fact occurr you have a legal recourse readily avaible to you.JBreed said:

well do like my dad and his brother did to a violent, drunk, strange neighbor. When I was a little kid the next door neighbor would get drunk and shoot his gun and almost shot my oldest brother or was it me (can't remember) anyway, I guess he hit-on my mom and my dad was alwasy out of town. Well when dad got home and he found out he called his brother and they went over there and all you could hear for a while was ungodly desperate pleading for life screams and moans etc. and All I know is they took him away in an ambulance and he was in intensive care for awhile and the cops could not find out what happened to him becuase would not talk about it. He then moved very quickly away...
So If for some reason his dog is laying on his doorsteps in pieces and a very distubing manner, He might think that you done it, but counldn't prove it and when he asks tell him:
"I don't know who did it, but from the disturbing way this dog was killed, this person must really hate you and be willing, possibly dreaming of doing it to you! Whoever it is I wouldn't **** with them anymore" and walkaway with a smile and say "good luck!" and wink....

call the power, water, trash pickup companies (all or just 1 or 2) and ask them to stop service to "your house" use his address and phone number

another thing you could do is (while it is really drastic) mess with his car. last year the jeep i drove to school was keyed really badly. people drew pictures, tagged it, etc. i went and talked to the school cop about it and he told me that unless i parked close enough to one of the cameras mounted on the outside of the building (which cant see anything but the first row of parking) then i was out of luck and they couldnt do anything for me.
but wait untill you have a problem with him to do anything otherwise it makes you look like an unforgiving asshole.

I don't know if anyone's thrown this out there yet...but wouldn't it make sense to put up a fence? If your neighbor is that kind of a fat ass piece of s***, I'm sure your landlord wouldn't mind for the sake of you and his future renters. As long as it's your dollar being spent he shouldn't care.
As for the option of physical violence....you gotta realize that's probably just what he wants. I'm sure he and his fat ass wife are probably planning at this very moment how to lewer you into a fight so they can sue you bankrupt.

Paint his dog pink! or squirt the liquid inside stink bombs at the dog so that he takes the smell home. I dont know what the law in the states is like regarding deliveries but you could phone multiple orders for lawn turf, building material etc until he gets the message - and if that doesnt work wait till he comes on your property and film him hitting you first then headbutt him in defense>

It's the day and age of video. Tape everything and go to court w/ your evidence (including you running out to chase them away then the other guy threatening you)? Since you rent, can you not bring it up to the person renting the place to you?
Heh, we used to have a neighbor like that (letting the dog out to shet in other peoples yards). Everytime the dog came in the yard to do his business, we'd get his shet, gather it up, wait until real dark, fling it on their front door. Well, apparently it worked. Shortly after that, they got rid of the dog.

Shoot the ******* dog already Arlin! In tumwater you are alowed to shoot any animal threatening you, your family, or your livestock. Do you have a kid? Say it went for your kid and you shot it. if not then say it came after another member of the family. If you want I can come over and be a witness. I'm pretty good around cops.

thanks everybody for their good advice and offers of assistance I think I'll just kick back and wait to see their names to be in the obituaries. It bothered me at first... until I really realized what the problem was, they're both just a couple of unhappy old fat assholes trying to take out their miserable existance on everyone else.
