alright im going to post what he said to me:
ok look i found a set of fog lights that had an outside diameter of 2.75" that is the size of the lenz hole the fog kit has the halo lens. What you have to do is strip it down to just the lens housing. this took a grinder and the unbolting of the fog unit. you have to seperate the wiring on the fog so you just have the wires for the halo. then you grind the lens housing to the shape of the chrome internal reflector and route the wires out of the breather hose on the back of the headlight housing you will need to seal the breather hole with silicone or some industrial hot glue. well that is the jist of it. I never said it was my "original" idea. I just havent seen another protege with it and i did it so i posted pics

we need to get some angel eye head light kits goin.. i personally think the stock headlight lamps are fugin ugly.. combine a angel eye kit and a catz hid system and that would b hot..

Ghost, since you're getting compliments, I figured I'd chime in here, too. Great write up. I used your oven-tek to clear out the corners on my MSP. Looks great thanks to your simple directions.

Well, despite getting burnt by the flames (which were not without warrant), the guy came up with a pretty damn good looking home mod, that IMO looks better than the other Home angel eyes mods Ive seen. Creative bastard, not to bright, but creative.

For all of those who want a "How To" I'll post a detailed list of what you need and how to do it (sorry no pics in the process of making them). I have now learned after gettin severly burned by a few people on this forum what exactly the objective of this forum is. I now know that the posts on this forum are to help each other not to "show off'. I originally didn't intend on presenting myself as a selfish prick who dosent want to share info. Well sorry, and I have learned my lesson. Also I an a mobile electronics installer so if anyone has any questions abou radios or TV's or anything else of that nature just ask.

i'm sure no one has any hard feelings but i think the intent of the site is to share stories, idea's, etc... between fellow Mazda owners...so if you post mods and pics someone is always going to ask questions...that's the whole point...just my 2 cents...
