i need plugs!NGK BKR7E's or iridiums?

You could really go either way. BKR7E's wouldn't hurt, but won't last as long.

Denso IK22 seams to be the #1 choice based on many thread! I personnaly will swith to these plugs next spring, when the summer setup will be going back on the car!

I'd say Denso IK22's as well with your boost and mods. I run light mods and stock boost with the IK20's and love them.

If you are tuning at higher boost use ZFR7F-11.
