I need intructions for joep's FCD

does anyone that has instructions for Joep's FCD have a scanner and could post them, i got it from a friend with no instructions or paper work

1) Use a vacume line and tee to tap into a boost source (another vacume line coming off the intake manifold)
2) Tap one wire to the black/green wire on the MAF sensor plug (there should be three wires on the plug, it's the middle one)
3) Ground the other wire
4) Be careful

adding to that to adjust when the fcd kicks in turn the hex screw. I believe in makes it kick in sooner, and loosening the screw makes it kick in later...
